We put a lot of effort on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
There is a possibility that the item you purchased is out of stock. We are not producing the clothes and accessories in big quantities in stock. After you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you via phone call or email to let you know the estimate producing and delivery time of the product/s.
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Please contact us 40 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
*Cash on delivery is only applicable for orders in Bulgaria, as our main office here supports the orders.
We deliver the orders in Bulgaria with Econt Express, the options of SMS notification & “check the product/s before paying” is free and applied to all orders.
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re not satisfied if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with secure packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
*Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and bags) and custom made clothes cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Returns from all over the world are accepted when the shipping fee is covered by the sender.
Can I customize a garment by my own measures?

What is it in the envelope?
In every purchase we put an envelope which consist a hand-written card, business card and a gift, depending of the amount of the purchase. The gift can be jewelry, cosmetics, bag/another accessory or a clothing. It is always a surprise to find out J
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, for all purchases made on boutiqueceluvka.com the signature of the client (or of an adult nominated representative). All orders are delivered by Post. The courier may require the person who collects the package to show his/her ID. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to us. Boutique Celuvka will try to contact the client and to re-ship the package. In case of failure to deliver the package, we will cancel the order and reimburse the client.
How can I track my order?
We will send you several e-mails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers for security reasons. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
To estimate the total delivery time for immediately available items, please allow up to five business days from your order date to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time required for delivery. To estimate the total delivery time for pre-ordered items, please refer to your order confirmation e-mail for your estimated shipping dates. Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.
Can I return a personalized item?
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
